Terms of Service.
These terms govern the reservation, purchase and use of an Our Life by Design reading.
1. Who we are
Our Life by Design is operated by Meridian Compass LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact hello@ourlifebydesign.co.
2. What you are buying
The product is one personalized Human Design reading for two people. It includes a narrated film and a designed PDF made from both birth charts. The reading is yours to keep and share with your partner.
The total price is $79 in US dollars. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
3. The $10 reservation
Your $79 order starts with a $10 payment, which is credited to the total.
At checkout, you authorize Meridian Compass LLC to save the payment method with Stripe and charge the remaining $69 once, after the reading has been prepared, reviewed and is ready to send. This is not a subscription. We make no other automatic charges.
The reservation is refundable until the reading is delivered. Email us if you change your mind. We return the reservation to the original payment method.
4. The intake
Before Stripe checkout, you provide both names, birth dates, optional birth times and birth places. The site resolves the selected places to their coordinates and time zones. You confirm that your partner gave permission for you to share their information before submitting the intake.
Birth details are encrypted before storage and are not sent to Stripe. If you do not complete the $10 payment, the encrypted intake is deleted within 30 days.
The reading depends on the information you provide. If a detail is uncertain, say so. If you notice an error, email us before preparation begins.
5. The remaining balance and delivery
We initiate the authorized $69 charge only after the reading is ready to send. We confirm the payment by email and deliver the completed film and PDF by email within 48 hours.
Your bank may require you to approve the payment. If it does, we do not send the reading and email you a secure Stripe link to approve the remaining payment or choose another card.
If we cannot meet that timing, we tell you by email and you may cancel for a full refund.
6. What the reading is
The reading is an editorial interpretation built on Human Design. It is a lens for reflection, not a diagnosis or forecast. It does not decide whether two people are compatible.
The reading is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice.
7. How the reading is prepared
Software helps cast the charts and draft the reading. A person checks and signs off before delivery. We do not describe the reading as handmade.
8. Corrections and refunds
If a birth detail was entered or processed incorrectly, we recast and redeliver the affected reading or refund you. You choose.
If the completed reading misses the mark, email us within 14 days of delivery. We will revise it, recast it or refund the amount paid.
9. Payment
Stripe processes the reservation and remaining payment. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep Stripe customer and payment method references only for the one authorized remaining charge. Receipts identify Meridian Compass LLC.
10. Your reading and our work
You may keep, print and share your reading with your partner or people you trust. You may not resell it, publish it commercially or use the templates, illustrations or production system to build a competing service.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how reservation and birth information is handled. Either partner may ask us to correct or erase their birth details.
12. Fair use
Do not submit another person's information without permission. Do not probe, disrupt or misuse the site or its forms.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Disagreements
Email us first. These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Consumer rights that must apply where you live remain in force.
15. Changes
A new version applies only to purchases made after its effective date. It does not change the terms of an earlier purchase.
